Step 1-apply a black shadow(I applied a dark purple shadow,then a black on it).blend softly...
Step 2-repeat step 1 on lower lash line.blend..
Step 3-line eyes using a black liner to enable you define step 4...
Step 4-apply your glitter on the same eye lined(remember to apply your base before the glitter to enable it stick to the lid.
